The Departed
Ankh-Morpork Ankh-Morpork is the largest city on the Disc, it is corrupt and polluted but many come from miles away to visit and work there. As the unofficial Capital of Discworld things always have to keep moving here.
Pseudopolis Pseudopolis is the closest city to Ankh-Morpork (about half a days journey on a horse), its main feature is Braseneck College, a magical school which is smaller and younger than the UU.

Quirm Quirm is usually seen as a quiet and relaxing place, where people go once they have had enough interesting things happen to them. One of its major landmarks is the Quirm College for Young Ladies.

Sto Lat A sizable walled town in the Sto Plains, located twenty miles from Ankh-Morpork. it has its own Royal family and is heavily influenced by the larger city Ankh-Morpork.

Lancre Lancre is notable for it's population of wizards and witches, many of whom move to attend Unseen University. It is the largest country in the Ramtops.

The Chalk The Chalk is a small region downriver from Lancre. It is notable for it's population of witches and it's famous cheese and wool.

Überwald Überwald is a country on the other side of the Ramtops from Ankh-Morpork. It is a mysterious and dark country, home of Dwarfs, Vampires and Werewolves.

Borogravia A small, backwards country engaged in near constant war with it's neighbours. Formerly part of the Dark Empire it is located next to Uberwald.

Zlobenia A country that has fought numerous wars witrh Borogravia over territory. It is a country taht wishes to be the Ankh-Morpork of the mountains.

Genua Genua is a country right across the continent from Ankh-Morpork. It is a country of cooks and carnivals. The carnivals are famous across the Disc.

Llamedos Llamedos is a hilly country where it permanently rains. It is the home of Druidism. It also exports a large amount of silver.

Brindisi Brindisi is a near-tropical country famous for it's opera. It was once an outpost of the Ankh-Morporkian empire. Immigrants from Brindisi contribute much to the food services of Ankh-Morpork.

Skund Skund contains the highest concentration of magic in the Unnamed Continent, perhaps on the whole Disc. It is little known about as it is shown in different places on different maps. It is home to gnomes and moving trees.

No Thingfjord A very Nordic culutre, it is very icy and is almost always snowing here. It is often the souce of many dangerous 'adventures'.

The Hublands The Hublands, also called the High Tops are icy mountainous and cold. They are the areas around Cori Celesti and hold alot of magic. They are the closest thing the Disc has to a pole.

The Nation Klatch The Nation Klatch is the continents largest nation, a multi-ethnic empire. It includes many smaller towns and villages included in the large area and sits beside the Circle Sea.

Ephebe Ephebe is located on the coast of the Circle Sea. It's natives are distinctive for they wear togas and have a fondness of wine. They are very keen philosophers and Ephebe once boasted the second largest library on the Disc.

Tsort A city alike Ephebe in ways, it possess a Great Pyramid, though the inhabitants of the city try to be modern and keep from the old ways. They are famed for their Tsortian army.

Omnia A desert theocracy ran by the head of the Omnian church. It used to be a God fearing empire before the last Prophet reversed the directions and made it a peaceful place for learning.

Hersheba Hershebans are feared across the Disc. They were the first assassins. They are inclined to grow beards to maintain the look of an insane killer.

Muntab Muntab is a remote country which is remarkably worrying the elite of the Disc, for it has a desire to conquer those around it. It could be called a backwards country as their calender counts down.

Djelibeybi Due to the monarchs spending seven thousand year building pyramids this country is in a state of poverty. The new rulers, however, are promoting agriculture and are trying to rebuild the country.

Howondaland Howondaland is a dark and mysterious jungle that is nearly impenetrable. However it does have plains that are home to many elephants.

Tezumen Empire The Tezumen Empire is a rainforest civilisation in the darkest depths of the forest. They are the most pessimistic group of people on the Disc and use circle shaped stones with holes in the middle for everything.... except wheels.

The Agatean Empire A country taking up most of the Counterweight Continet (which is not that big) It focuses on a Aurient culture, and many of the inhabitants are very rich compared to Ankh-Morpork due to the common metal of gold.

Bugarup Bugarup is the capital of Fourecks, which is a continent and a country. Bugarup is famous for its Opera House (which looks like a box of tissues), it's harbour and its wizards university.

Didjabringabeeralong A very small town, it has a pub, therefore it is a town. It lies quite a distance away from Bugarup but since the droughts disapearance it is much easier to travel to.

Bhangbhangduc This subject of the Agatean Empire is rarely visited. It's main population are orangutans. It's currency is unpopular as it is made of silver which tarnishes.

Brown Islands The Brown Island Natives speak a complex language and once worshipped and inn-sewer-ants poly-sea that fell from the sky. Breadfruit grows here and in the sea pearls are can be found.

Krull Krull is a nation that is very keen in astrozooligy. This is because it is right on the edge of the Disc and has a mountain that slightly overhangs. Krull has it's own magical university and has constructed a barrier that goes around three quarters of the Disc.

Mono Islands The Mono Islands are home to the God of Evolution. People who are on the island are desperate to get off, for they fear they will be somehow 'improved'. The huge volcano (Mount Impossible) is hollow to make room for all the God's experiments.

The Castle of Bones Dimension where the Hogfather resides. The Castle of Bones is formed in the image of the very old and almost forgotten Hogwatch tradition of blood, meat, and sacrifice. The Castle of Bones is a huge, forbidding castle of ice.

Death's Domain Death's Domain is a realm outside of space and time. This is where Death lives. Almost everything in Death's Domain is in different shades of black where it isn't deep purple or shroud-white. Lilies grow in abundance and perfume the air. There are also abundant fields of corn. The house looks like a normal house but the inside is bigger than the outside.

Dungeon Dimensions The Dungeon Dimensions are full of sad creatures. They are sad because they have no life. They are constantly trying to break through to the Discworld. They have an affinity for the number eight.

Fairyland The world of the Elves. There are two parts of Fairyland, one ruled by the Queen of the Elves, the other by the King of the Elves. It is very grey and white in appearance. At certain times the Elves are able to come though to the Discworld.

The Glass House This dimension is home to a large house made entirely of glass. It is home to the beautiful young woman who is Time. Each room is filled with a perfect moment. It has an infinite number of rooms.

Roundworld Roundworld was created in an accident by the wizards of the UU. Hex has a small amount of influence over it and can even move small items. The Elves have always tried to change the history of the Roundworld but the wizards have always set it right.
